White-Label Audit & Compliance Software — United Kingdom
Your audits. Your brand. Our platform.
AUDITHORITY is the platform UK audit, compliance, survey and trade firms run their own inspections on. Guided builders for the work, branded reports for the client, and a portal that carries your name — not ours.
From a sole trader with a phone on site to a practice running portfolios across a team. Monthly or annual, no long tie-in.
Build it on site
Guided, offline-tolerant builders on a phone or tablet.
Evidence as you go
Photos, readings and records captured against the item.
Findings ranked by risk
Priorities your client can act on, not a wall of text.
Report in your brand
Your logo, your colours, your name on the document.
Your client logs in
A portal at your brand, holding every building’s history.
01 — The Problem
Your expertise isn’t the bottleneck. Your paperwork is.
Firms that inspect buildings rarely struggle with the inspection. They struggle with everything around it: notes typed up twice, a Word template that drifts between engineers, photographs stranded on a phone, certificates emailed and then lost, and a client ringing to ask what was found last March. A platform should connect the building, the work, the evidence, the dates, the document and the client — in one place, under your name.
What firms tell us
The report is typed twice — once on site, once back at the office.
Every engineer’s template drifts, so two reports never quite match.
Renewals slip because nothing is watching the dates but a diary.
Clients ring for old reports that live in somebody’s sent items.
Off-the-shelf software puts its own name on your work, not yours.
02 — The Platform
Every tool your firm needs, on one subscription.
The platform is sold in three families — Audits, Planned maintenance, and Trade certificates by discipline — so a gas engineer is not sold fire-door inspections. Your plan decides which your team can reach, and anything you have not bought is simply not there.

Need a builder we don’t have yet?
Tell us the certificate or inspection your firm issues most and we will look at building it. New builders are added over time and appear in the pack their discipline belongs to, at no extra cost — so a pack you already have gets richer without costing more.
Talk to Us03 — How It Works
From first demo to your first report — usually the same week.
STEP 01
Tell us about your firm
What you inspect, how many people are on the tools, and what you issue today.
STEP 02
Pick a plan
Monthly or annual, priced by the families you work in rather than by everything we build. Pricing is negotiable while we grow.
STEP 03
We set you up
Your logo, colours and document terms go in, your team and first clients are loaded, and we walk you through it. You start on a working system, not an empty one.
STEP 04
You issue your first report
Your engineer builds the audit on site, you review it, and it publishes to your client’s portal under your name. Support is one ticket away, from us to you.
04 — Who It’s For
Built for the firms that inspect buildings for a living.
Compliance & audit practices
Run every audit to the same structure across your team, and hand each client a portal instead of an email chain.
Surveying practices
Condition, roof and drone-supported surveys captured on site, with photographs attached to the finding rather than a folder.
Facilities & maintenance companies
A PPM diary that generates the recurring checks, chases the overdue ones and keeps the defect register in one place.
Fire-door inspectors
Door-by-door inspections with a register that survives the visit, photographs against each door, and a report your client can act on.
Gas & plumbing engineers
Landlord Gas Safety Records filled in on your phone at the property, numbered in sequence, signed before you leave, with any warning notice printed for the tenant — and next year’s visit already in your diary. Gas and plumbing come together, because you do both.
Air conditioning & refrigeration engineers
Installation, commissioning and heat-pump records, and F-Gas leak checks with the charge, refrigerant and CO₂e worked out rather than looked up on site.
Sole traders & small teams
Look like a firm ten times your size from day one — your brand, your portal, your certificates, one subscription. Buy your discipline and nothing else.
06 — Reporting & Portal
Your clients log in to your brand, not ours.
Every report you publish lands in a secure client area carrying your logo and colours, organised by building, with the history your client keeps coming back for.
Secure logins for your clients’ own people
Reports organised by building
Executive summary and priority findings
Evidence and renewal dates in one record
Polished PDF or responsive HTML — or upload your own
Your quotations and invoices alongside the reports
THE CLIENT PORTAL — YOUR BRAND, YOUR CLIENTS
07 — Why AUDITHORITY
Built by people who have done the work.
Opinionated builders, not blank forms
Each audit type is written around the job it documents, so your engineer is guided through it rather than left with an empty template.
Evidence, observation, recommendation
Every builder keeps the same discipline — what was seen, what it means, what to do — so two engineers produce comparable reports.
White label that goes all the way
Your brand on the reports, the portal, the quotations, the invoices and the emails. On the right plan our name disappears entirely.
Bring your own report
Already have a report format you are proud of? Upload your own HTML or PDF against a job and publish that to the client instead.
It works where you work
Phone and tablet first, tolerant of a poor signal in a plant room, and it does not lose what you typed when the page reloads.
You are talking to the builder
Raise a ticket and it reaches the people who wrote the thing. Tell us what your trade needs and it can go on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions
Something else on your mind? Email info@audithority.com and we'll come back to you.
Q1What is AUDITHORITY, exactly?
Software, not a surveying firm. It is a subscription platform your business uses to plan, carry out and issue its own building audits, inspections and certificates — under your own brand. We do not carry out audits ourselves, and we never contact your clients.
Q2Whose name is on the report?
Yours. Your logo, colours and company details appear on the reports, quotations, invoices, client portal and outgoing emails. Most plans carry a small “Powered by AUDITHORITY” line; on the Everything plan that goes too.
Q3Who owns the data?
You do. Your clients, buildings, audits and reports are yours, held in your own tenancy and visible only to your team and the client logins you grant. No other subscriber can see them, and we do not market anything to your clients.
Q4Which audits and certificates are included?
It depends on which families your plan carries. Audits covers building compliance, fire-door inspections, condition and drone-supported surveys and site snagging. Planned maintenance is the recurring PPM programme and its defect register. Trade is sold by discipline — gas & plumbing, or air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pumps — so you are not paying for a trade you do not work in. The plans below say exactly which packs each one includes, and new builders appear on the plans whose discipline they belong to at no extra cost. Anything your plan does not include is simply not in your menus.
Q5Does it work on site, on a phone?
Yes — that is the case it was designed for. The builders are phone- and tablet-first, photographs are captured against the item they belong to, and your progress is saved as you go, so a dropped signal or a page reload does not cost you the visit.
Q6Can I use my own report template?
Yes. Publish the report the platform generates in your brand, or upload your own HTML or PDF against the job and publish that instead. Your client sees one report either way, in the same portal.
Q7Are we tied in?
No. Plans are monthly or annual, and pricing is negotiable while the platform is young — tell us what works for your firm. Your records stay yours; if you leave, we will help you get them out.
Q8Who is responsible for what a report says?
Your firm is. The platform structures the work, records the evidence and produces the document; the competence, judgement and professional opinion in it remain yours, exactly as they would on your own template.
Q9How do we get started?
Use the form below or email info@audithority.com. Tell us what your firm inspects and how many are on the tools — we’ll show you the platform and set you up ourselves.
The platform, plus what you do
Start with the platform and add a pack for each discipline you work in. Add or drop a pack whenever the work changes. Everything is white-labelled to your brand.
Loading the current prices…
Every new team is onboarded personally — branding, users and first clients configured with you, so you start on a working system rather than an empty one. Pricing is negotiable while we are getting established: tell us what works for your firm.
